    My 7 year old choose burger factory for his birthday celebration. We were 11 ppl. We enjoyed it so much. All meals were made perfectly. I would recommend this location. The waiter was very nice!

    Genuinely one of the best burgers I have ever had and one of the highest ratings I have given as such. The staff is friendly and helpful for new customers along with regular customers, fantastic quality burgers and fries! I really want to thank the staff here as I visited quite a few times during my stay in Whitby and this restaurant has made my stay much more pleasant then it otherwise would have been.

    Amazing quality of burgers specially loved the machine burger ,, definitely coming back here for smash burgers, The sweet potato fries where a mere perfection love Jalapeno bombers and mac & cheese bites.

    This place is unreal. I got the juicy Lucy. I it was my first time going and I was impressed. The burger is not over the top but it was very juicy flavorful and the toppings were fresh. That customer service here is very nice. The quality of the food is top tier. I believe that's definitely not No McDonald's quality. I also got onion rings. The portion was very small but they were very crispy and good. I would definitely be back if it was convenient for me

    We arrived here by 9pm. Mr Randeep took our order and prepared them quite quickly. He did it with excellent speed and elegance. The burgers tasted awesome. He was multitasking as online orders for pickup was also there to be done. The place is very clean and tidy. A good spot in Whitby when you want to catch up with your friends. You also have vegetarian option just ask the team members they are ready to help you.

    Hands down best burger in town! Had to chomp down on that compresser burger . So filling for the price! Not like other burger joints who says that they are great brands and serve you tiny portions for a huge price. Service from the guy at the counter was very welcoming for a late night guest. Will come again!

    Best Burger Spot in Whitby! Burger Factory Whitby is a total game-changer. The burgers are crazy juicy and packed with flavor every bite is unreal. You can tell they use fresh, high-quality ingredients, and it shows. The fries are just as good crispy, golden, and seasoned perfectly. The portions are solid, the prices are fair, and the staff are super friendly. The whole vibe is chill, and you feel like they actually care about the food and the customers. If you haven’t been here yet, you’re seriously missing out. 100% worth it.
